1 Warwick is a members' house and workspace over six floors of a Neo-Baroque building off Beak Street. Lounges and shared desks for members, private offices above, a gym with classes through the week, and two restaurants: Nessa on the ground floor and Yasmin on the roof.
The membership is sold by how many working days a month you come in, and covers Maslow's other houses too: Mortimer House in Fitzrovia and Maslow's Kensington, open since June 2026.
