About
Aethos is a small hotel group with clubs attached, in Milan, Lisbon, Mallorca and, since September 2025, in what was the Nobu Hotel on Willow Street in Shoreditch. The club is a members' gym with yoga, pilates and breathwork through the week, a café and members' space where laptops are welcome all day, and all-day dining.
It is the furthest of the London clubs from Hampstead and the least formal: no pretence, no limits, as it puts it.
What sets it apart
- Everything is published, nothing is vetted
- No selection to speak of: you enquire, and have a gym and a desk without a committee
- Abroad: the Unlimited tier opens the Aethos clubs in Milan, Lisbon and Mallorca
- East rather than west: the only one on this list in Shoreditch
