About
Maslow's Kensington opened on 5 June 2026 on two floors of The Kensington Building on Wrights Lane: shared workspace and lounges, offices for teams of four to forty, meeting rooms, a high-spec gym and studio. Oria, the café, is led by head chef Talia Trup with a menu written with dieticians, and delivers to your desk.
The building holds a BREEAM Excellent rating and the interiors follow the WELL standard; the membership is the same as at 1 Warwick and Mortimer House, and covers all three.
What sets it apart
- The newest of the three, so the quietest for now, with a first member's welcome
- Built around health from the ground up: air, light, a nutrition-led café
